This Non-Disclosure Statement (“Statement“) sets out the confidentiality commitment of Private Entrepreneur Yevhen Ivaniv, trading as e-Doc Ltd (together, the “Contractor,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), to any person or legal entity (“the Client,” “you“) who submits materials, information, or communications to us during or in connection with a business engagement.
Important note on entity structure. The name “e-Doc Ltd” is a trade name (DBA, “doing business as”) used for branding and marketing. All rights and obligations under this Statement rest with the individual entrepreneur personally.
This Statement takes effect automatically whenever you submit confidential information to us — through our Quote Request form, Contact form, any equivalent form embedded on the Site, email, or any other channel — even in the absence of a separately signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
