How does the test task work?

After you apply, we email you a short test task matched to the discipline you selected. It’s voluntary and unpaid, and you send it back by replying. It shows us how you work before we put you on a paid project.

How and when do you pay?

We agree on the rate before a project starts and pay upon completion via Payoneer, bank transfer, or Upwork. Terms are confirmed in writing for each project, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to sign an NDA?

For most projects, yes. Client files are confidential, so we ask you to sign an NDA before you receive any project materials. We use our own template or the client’s – whichever the engagement requires.

What information do you collect, and what happens to it?

You fill in the form once. We don’t ask for résumés or personal files – everything else is handled later in your own account once cooperation begins. Your application details are stored securely and used only to evaluate and coordinate work with you.

Will I get regular work?

We can’t promise a fixed volume, but our client relationships are long-term, and we come back to specialists who deliver clean work on time. Reliable partners get first offers on new projects.
