Need to convert a PDF to editable Word, a PowerPoint into InDesign for print, or an Excel report into a completely different format? Our document conversion services transform your files between dozens of formats – preserving structure, typography, and every element your workflow depends on.
We convert documents the way automated tools cannot: manually, with full layout reconstruction and multilingual awareness. Whether you have a single contract or a 500-page technical manual, we deliver editable, production-ready output – not broken files that need hours of cleanup.
Unlike automated converters that break complex tables, split paragraphs mid-sentence, or destroy multilingual typography, we rebuild your documents element by element. Clean lists, functional cross-references, correct line breaks – every detail handled the first time.
From PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign, to Office-to-Adobe workflows and raster-to-vector graphics – we handle the conversions that matter for legal, corporate, academic, and publishing projects in 50+ languages.

WHAT WE DO
Our document conversion service transforms files between dozens of formats – PDF, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple iWork, OpenOffice, AutoCAD, Visio, and more – while protecting structure, formatting, and meaning. We go beyond ‘Save As’ functionality: we rebuild documents so you can edit, repurpose, or publish them without cleanup work.
Our approach combines deep format expertise – Acrobat, Word, Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, FrameMaker – with careful manual reconstruction. We fix the issues automated converters introduce: broken tables, garbled multilingual text, missing hyperlinks, orphaned lines, reflow glitches, and layout collapse. Every converted file comes back clean, editable, and ready for your next step.
We handle projects of any scale across all major industries – from a single PDF contract to a multi-language product catalog repurposed for print. When your source is scanned or image-based, see our OCR services. When you need translated-then-relaid documents, see our multilingual DTP. For everything in between – text-based conversion, format swaps, structure preservation – document conversion is the right fit.

NEED MORE INFO?
We work bidirectionally across 20+ formats – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), PDF, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker), Apple iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), OpenOffice / LibreOffice, AutoCAD, Visio, CorelDRAW, QuarkXPress, and specialized formats. If your source or target format isn’t commonly listed, just ask – we handle legacy and proprietary formats regularly.
Automated converters work for simple, single-language text documents. They fail on multilingual content, complex tables, footnotes, multi-column layouts, embedded objects, cross-references, and specialized formatting. We reconstruct documents manually, so you receive clean, editable output – not a file that needs hours of cleanup. For straightforward one-pagers, free tools may be enough. For anything more complex, manual conversion saves time overall.
Yes – these are exactly the elements automated tools typically break. Native tables stay as editable tables (not images or text blocks). Numbered and bulleted lists keep the correct hierarchy. Cross-references remain functional where the target format supports them. Hyperlinks stay active. Footnotes and endnotes carry over. The table of contents regenerates as a working TOC in the target format.
Scanned PDFs and images fall under our OCR services – we extract text from non-editable sources and produce editable output. For already-editable PDFs (text-based, exported from Word or InDesign), document conversion is the right service. If you’re unsure which type your file is, send it to us and we’ll route it correctly.
We preserve character encoding, maintain right-to-left scripts (Arabic, Hebrew) in the correct directional flow, ensure CJK languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) use proper glyphs and line breaks, and maintain Indic and Southeast Asian scripts with proper typography. No garbled characters, no font fallback errors – issues that typically plague automated tools when languages mix in a single document.
We sign NDAs upon request before receiving any files. We transfer source documents over secure channels, store them with restricted access during conversion, and remove them from our systems 30 days after delivery. We treat confidentiality as standard practice for sensitive projects – legal cases, unreleased materials, financial filings, and internal documents.
Send us the password together with the file, and we’ll open it to perform the conversion. By providing the password, you confirm you have the right to modify the document – we’re the technical executor and don’t assess document access rights. If you don’t have the password, several free online services can remove it before you send the file.
Turnaround depends on document complexity and volume. Short projects (1–10 pages, simple layout) typically deliver within 1 business day. Medium projects (20–50 pages, tables and images) take 2–3 business days. Large or complex projects (multi-hundred-page, specialized-format) get individual timelines – we commit to a deadline at the quote stage and deliver on it.
We base pricing on document complexity, format pair, page volume, and turnaround requirements. We price simple conversions per page. We quote complex projects with extensive reconstruction on a per-project basis. We offer volume pricing for larger jobs – contact us for a custom quote with a transparent breakdown.
For corporate and agency clients, we include source files (working InDesign packages, editable Word with styles, and similar) with delivery by default. For individual clients, source files are available as an add-on based on scope. We always deliver the final converted file as the base deliverable.
