We design presentations, pitch decks, annual reports, briefs, brochures, flyers, technical manuals, user guides, and corporate templates. We also handle custom projects – hybrid documents, unusual formats, and one-off specifications. If your document doesn’t fit a standard category, send the brief, and we’ll quote it.

Both. We build in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat for editorial work, and in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Publisher for office documents and templates. We pick the tool that fits the document type, not the other way around. Mixed projects are common – a deck in PowerPoint plus brand assets in Illustrator, no friction.

Templates and AI generators flatten content into stock layouts – useful for casual use, weak for documents that need to land. We hand-build by designer judgment: typography, hierarchy, white space, and image treatment all decided per document, per audience. The output reads with authority, not as automation.

Turnaround depends on the scope. Simple flyers and one-pagers ship in 24–48 hours. Standard presentations and brochures take 3–5 business days. Annual reports and multi-page manuals run 1–2 weeks. Large multilingual projects with 50+ pages take 4–8 weeks. We confirm a firm timeline with your quote.

Yes. Our multilingual document design covers 50+ languages, including Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Hebrew, CJK, and Indic scripts. We apply script-specific typography rules – line breaks, paragraph spacing, directional flow – so each language version reads naturally in its target market. Multilingual versions move in parallel.

We include source files (packaged InDesign files, PowerPoint masters, or Word templates) by default for corporate and agency clients. For individual clients, we offer source files as an add-on, with pricing based on scope. We always deliver final PDFs as the base deliverable.

We include two rounds of revisions in most projects. For large multi-section projects, we run structured per-section review cycles. We bill additional revisions beyond the standard two at our hourly rate – but in practice, most projects close within the included rounds.

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before receiving files on confidential projects – investor decks, unreleased products, internal reports, and embargoed content. Send your NDA template, or we’ll provide ours on request. We transfer files over secure channels, keep them under restricted access, and remove them on request.

Both. We frequently redesign existing documents – annual reports from previous years, decks that need a refresh, manuals that drifted from the brand. We can rebuild from your existing source files, or recreate the document from a PDF or print copy if the working source is missing.

We base pricing on document complexity, scope, language versions, and turnaround. Per-page for structured deliverables (reports, manuals, multi-slide decks). Per hour for consultative work (brand templates, single decks). Volume pricing is available – contact us for a custom quote.
